Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • If there is a conflict of interest in the article sent for publication in the journal, you indicated this at the end of the manuscript under the heading "Statement of Conflict of Interest"
  • The article is designed according to the template https://www.sworldjournal.com/index.php/swj/submit
  • You filled out the application https://www.sworldjournal.com/index.php/swj/submit and attach it next

Author Guidelines

You need to download the application form, fill it out, attach it along with the article file.
You need to download the article design template. Texts in MSWord format (.doc) are accepted that meet the design requirements.

Text structure:
  • Abstract (in the language of the text).

The volume of the annotation in each language must be 5 or more lines (1000 or more signs).

The annotation contains a general introduction to the article, highlights the main problems and goal as well as the main results and a very brief conclusion. The annotation should inform the reader in a brief form, what the article is about and what the main contribution of the author is, that is considered and discussed.

  • Keywords (in the language of the text) .
Keywords should reflect the terminology of the article: what terms are used in the article or with what terms it can be logically linked; with which names of organisations, individuals, geographic areas, etc. the article is associated ...
  • Introduction .
The introduction should promote the goal to attract the reader by revealing the problem and determining the main direction of the article
  • Body text (may consist of several standard subsections for scientific articles: Survey of the external environment, Input data and methods, Research results, Discussion and analysis of results)
  • Conclusions .
The final paragraph of the article does not provide any new information or explanations: here are only generalization and conclusions. This paragraph is longer than the annotation and usually includes more specific conclusions.
  • Expression of appreciation (if sufficient)

  • Abstract (summary of the article in English ). It consists of similar subsections as your article. Each section includes several sentences containing the basic information of the section. Abstract should inform the English-speaking reader in a brief form what the article is about and what the main contribution of the author is, that is considered and discussed.

Text size:
  • 5 or more A4 pages (8000 signs or more), including illustrations and tables

Text design:
  • Line spacing - 1,5;
  • Text margins - 20 mm from all sides;
  • Paragraph - 10 mm;
  • text - font Times New Roman (Cyr);
  • font size 14;
  • PROHIBITED: automatic hyphenation, literature in the form of endnotes, paragraph with spaces!

Design of pictures, tables, formulas:

  • The wrapping of the Picture should be "In the text": (in the MSWord menu: Picture format / Position / Wrap / In Text).
  • Flowcharts must be a single drawing or schema objects - combined: (in the MSWord menu: highlight Drawing / Grouping)
  • Picture 1 «name» - under the picture, in the center, font Times New Roman (Cyr), font size 14, bold. Link to the text - (picture 1)
  • "Table" - The name of the table is centered, Times New Roman (Cyr), font size 14, bold. Link to the text - (table 1)
  • the formulas can be designed in MS Equation 3.0 - in the center, on the right there is the number of the formula (1). Link to text - (1)
All the above elements should have a link to the source or should be indicated that this is an author's work.

We appreciate your safety and confidentiality.

We do not collect names, email addresses or any other personal information unless it is personally provided by the visitor. The visitor is informed of the possible use of such information. The names and e-mail addresses of website visitors will not be provided to third parties without the special permission of the visitor.

Confidentiality agreement

We agree that personal information received from clients is considered as confidential and protected in all reasonable ways. We will not publish or intentionally disclose confidential information of our clients to third parties without preliminary permission obtaining. In case of loss or theft of confidential information we will immediately notify affected clients.
