Mudflows are a fairly common phenomenon in Ukraine and other countries of the world. In the Carpathian region of Ukraine, there are three mudslide-hazardous basins, which include the territories of Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia, Lviv and Chernivtsi regions
